Removes the Segment property.

Predictions all seem to point in the wrong direction and be scaled
incorrectly though?

Add linear position prediction draft to ObjectMemory Segment.

Moved Trajectory to aron::common

For each objectID (entity name), return only the latest (if there are multiple in different provider segments)
