update to skills. Allows skills to run concurrently. Refactoring of full skills framework. Allows skill to get "prepared", i.e. wait for input

Added a SimilarityFilter on EntitySnapshot-foundation. Calculates the similarity as absolute distance between all float-values of the snapshot.
Also added to the configure-method in the Processors-class that reads a JSON-file to configure the used (WM->LTM)-filter:
The filters are now only added to the list of filters if they will be used, this makes it so not all filters have to be checked for enabled/not enabled each time a snapshot/memory is moved to the LTM.
JSON-file path is still absolute and only usable on my PC for now.

Add SimpleVirtualRobot to scenario. Remove RobotStateComponent and RobotToArViz from scenario. Remove old config files

Turns out std::stringstreams can't be copied, so you can't use them in
containers.
