Feature/armem object memory articulated objects

Changes

  • added reader and writer for articulated objects
  • visualization for articulated instance segment

Additional changes:

  • some files had to be moved => this affects armem_robot_localization and armem_robot_mapping

  • RemoteRobot / (Virtual)Robot: getName() was not marked const. I changed this. => simox https://gitlab.com/Simox/simox/-/merge_requests/66

  • "Constraints": I added a first draft which completely misses the memory links. This will be fixed in a future PR.
