replaced user defined sequences of basic types with sequence types provided by ice (if the user defined sequences did not offer any more syntax
e.g. armarx::StringList was replaced with Ice::StringSeq
a type like 'sequence<string> ObjectNames' offers more syntax and was not replaced

- replaced IceUtil::Time::now with ArmarX TimeUtil
- SaliencyMaps now include more information (time, source)

Kinematic Unit Simulation supports now position control with PID controller instead of instantly reaching the target

now a sequence of add clear add operations does not result in an empty layer (now the last add is executed)
