Feature/armem laser scans

Changes:

• new LaserScan memory with lib
• moved existing LaserScan ARON impl to lib
• extended SickLaserUnit to send data to LaserScan memory

ToDo:

• sensory memory should be part of the SickLaserUnit component.

Note: Need to change all components that use the laser scan data. The conversion of polar -> cartesian is now similar to the rest of the world
