armem PSE updates and implementation of recording interface. Moved aron base class to aron instead of codegeneration

aron read and write of dto types moved to rw part in aron common. Moved base class of aron generated classes to aron core to have the concept for aron conversions and rw templates.

renamed enums of aron. Splitted aron in codegeneration and core. Updates to skills framework. Fixed aron dto types and removed useless ice type.

fix skill observer missing include. Fix RobotStateMemory SegFault if aron in memory is null or not a dict (actually this should never happen. Dont know why this is happening here...)

renamed stuff, added namespaces to base classes, shortened namespaces of memories, fixed robotsensormemory memory name

WOrking Memory updates, new namespaces for wm and ltm, updated scenarios, adapted all dependent code. First compiling version
