parallelization, new logging info, property definitions:

- decoupled MemoryViewer in GUI from store-Thread of MemoryToIceAdapter
- added status thread to update LogViewer if files are still written and notify it when writing is finished
- removed deep_copy setting of entity instance (not needed if only one LTM is recorded)
- added property definitions for store frequency (BufferedBase) and memoryName (DiskStorageMixin, not fully working yet)
