The LocalPlanner now has a pointer to a viz::Client as protected member which is used by TimedElasticBand to visualize.
The Client was changed to a viz::Clientfrom a viz::ScopedClient I don't think that should be a problem?
The visualization is set inside the createConfig method of the navigator component.
