ArMem Viewer: Improve presentation of memory ID resolution
- Highlight selected ID in red if resolution failed
- Show "path" of memory ID resolution (how you got to a specific instance)
- Make instance viewer of resolved ID a child of instance viewer requesting the resolution (=> nested instance viewers reflecting the resolution path/history)
