Removed robotstate library and moved all related classes to core. Now, the Psoe, LinkedPose and FramedPose classes are easier to find.
Renamed ArmarPose to Pose.

MovePlatform - added a parameter that dictates how long the platform should wait after the last target was reached before going into a success state

MovePlatformToLandmark.cpp - added more logging

MovePlatformToLandmarkTest - changed node names in example graph to better reflect the names in the memdb

MoveToPlatform - new scenario that takes a graph of landmarks and finds a path from current location to target landmark
