Update profile

- formatting, cleanup
- moved update skill into FluxioSkill
- implemented core mutex functionality
- improved return value and error handling
- added armarx warning messages
- store root profile defaults as stringified json in fluxio values

changed get mutex to always return true for testing purposes ( the mutex functionality is not yet implemented )

skill and profile can be added and the list will load how the should
