Improved dynamics robot creation: Mapping from VirtualRobot Kinematic structure to bullet model.

Added ignoreCollision tag to physics section of robot's xml description: Allows to specify disabled collision pairs for physics engines.
Adjusted ARMAR-III model to work with bullet-SimDynamics.
