CoinVisualizationFactory::renderOffscreenAndGetFocalLength now renders and returns the used focal length
CoinVisualizationFactory::renderOffscreen does not take a focal length parameter (coin3d does not use it)

the example CameraView does not show depth voxels anymore (they were wrong anyway)
