cleanup and small additions 

removed DebugDrawerComponent::enableVisu (use the ice function enableDebugLayerVisu)
added setScaledPoseVisu and setScaledPoseDebugLayerVisu to DebugDrawerInterface
added enableDebugLayerVisu to DebugDrawerInterface
renamed clear to clearLayer
