armarx::control hard-codes build job count to 4

• Should be removed, client should decide, not dictated by the framework...
• VM builds failed due to OOM killing cc1plus/as/etc. The core count was fixed at 4 in the module definition, so global user configurations were overwritten by that and had no effect.
