Resolve "Do not zoom when using mouse wheel to navigate layers view"

Closes #111 (closed)

Also includes !18 (merged) as the new input functionality by it should be covered too. Additionally the merge request prevents moving (WASD) in playful mode when any GUI element is focused, so that the camera does not move when typing.

Current issue: Focusing the replay view prevents using playful mode for navigation until recording/replay view is closed again.
