Playful: Movement speed control and forward movement

• Use +/- (on Num Pad + on main keyboard area) instead of mouse wheel to change movement speed
• Use mouse wheel to move forward / backward
  • In orthogonal mode, this should behave like zooming
• Ensure that advertisements and the help contain correct information
