Draft: Full in/out/err introspection of commands ran by Axii

This branch includes several works, including testing a status indicator while upgrading.

Resulting MRs/features:

• Proper command execution in !398 (merged)
• Proper nice, ionice in !399 (merged)
• dest_dir removal/deprecation (also part of !243) not covered yet in dedicated MR
