Ubuntu 18: Add bullet, coin, soqt, mathlib and vtk to axii to replace h2t packages
Tested setup on lab account. Compilation works. Replaces all h2t packages (and adds some other ones such as vtk or mathlib).
Requires to merge the following branches as well:
