Feature/laser scanner sim update

Fabian Reister requested to merge feature/laser-scanner-sim-update into master

The simulated laser scanners are now working properly: they generate only valid points (no points "through" the robot)

  • LaserScannerFront: purple
  • LaserScannerBack: blue

The points are now directly visualized in ArViz.
