Enable virtual time in VisionX: FPSCounter and Timeouts
Update VisionX so that FPS and timeouts are computed in virtual time
One problem that remains: in the scenarios I tested UseTimeserver was 0 (default value), so this only works when manually enabling it. Always setting it to 1 in the scenario config is not an option because it will then always expect virtual time. This is however not really an issue with this specific merge request and we are already discussing timeserver autodetection anyway.
