Remove MemoryIDFinder and util methods that were migrated to aron / armem

In implementing RobotAPI !213, the functionality provided by the MemoryIDFinder was copied into aron. This MR removes it from VisionX along with more util methods handling resolution of MemoryIDs that were moved into armem.
