Add Point cloud recording and replaying

Rainer Kartmann requested to merge example/point-cloud-recorder into master
  • Add examples record_point_clouds.py and replay_point_clouds.py, which store/replay point clouds in/from numpy format
  • Split basic code from visionx.pointcloud_processor to visionx.pointclouds
  • Rename visionx.pointcloud_processor to visionx.pointcloud_receiver to match class name
  • Minor fixes
