@uxiic_schaub and @ucskd_vigneron have created tutorials on creating skills, which I have extended by a few background information.

@peller, could you please check if the proposed skill tutorials are factually correct? If yes, please re-assign the reviewer to Timo, so that it can then be finally merged.
