The Armar3 project (now https://git.h2t.iar.kit.edu/sw/armarx-integration/robots/armar3/armar3-armarx) was moved into a group (https://git.h2t.iar.kit.edu/sw/armarx-integration/robots/armar3).

Since the Armar3 module was outdated anyway and follow the setup for ARMAR-7 (!603 (merged)), I created an Axii module DB (https://git.h2t.iar.kit.edu/sw/armarx-integration/robots/armar3/axii-module-database) and migrated the package there.
