deps/libssl1: Fix Debian package not being available anymore

Issue: libssl1 was not updating anymore on Ubuntu 22 because the archive in the module description is not available anymore. Looks like this:

This MR fixes this by supplying an up-to-date URL of the package from Ubuntus package repository.
