Add blender, roboteditor and ltmtools to axii

Fabian Tërnava requested to merge feature/blender-and-robot-editor into main

add blender (latest LTS version) and roboteditor to axii. Blender will use custom python site packages (necessary for roboteditor which requires scipy and cppyy).

I also added a fix to support elementary os horus (similar to jammy) in apt dependencies.

PS: Should I merge to dev, stable or main?
