deps/coin/soqt: Add missing dependency apt/libqt5opengl5-dev

While creating the CI pipeline for Simox, I noticed that SoQt could not be cmaked correctly unless specific dependencies were installed.

I could narrow it down to apt/libqt5opengl5-dev (see https://git.h2t.iar.kit.edu/sw/simox/simox/-/pipelines/7091). That packages seems to suffice and seems to be sufficiently specific.
