Add modules for haptic exploration (migrated from Redmine)

HapticExploration is an optional dependency of Armar3

Until now, it was hosted on Redmine. I migrated them to GitLab

The naming does not fit our scheme. But for now, I decided to keep the old naming to (1) document the legacy status and (2) keep the names the same as the project names. And (3), because it would be strange to give a new name to the ArmarX package (e.g. haptic_exploration_armarx) without actually changing the project name and usage in dependencies.
