Draft: Changes for ArmarX installation on FPGA

These are changes we applied to be able to build ArmarX on an FPGA at ITIV together with @iwalter (WIP).

Once we figure everything out (also while we are doing that), we can think about integrating these changes in a non-invasive manner into the main branch using axii switches etc.
