Feature: show last used propertys in ScenarioManager

So this is/was kind of tricky, because of the QtPropertyBrowser behaviour. This should work fairly well although i was not able to find a way to loose the focus after hitting enter. (this i the last annoying behaviour i noticed). @mirkowaechter feel free to test/change anything
