Use Ice_SLICE_DIRS instead of Ice_Slice_DIR. Format CMake code

Required for sw/armarx/meta/documentation!6 (merged)

The important change is using Ice_SLICE_DIRS instead of Ice_Slice_DIR, as it is in legacy. The rest is just formatting and output tweaking.
