update path of HTML output

running make doc as described in this README did not lead to output files being created in build/html, were they were said to be found after running make doc, but instead were created in build/doxygen/html.

The updated README reflects that path change.

Probably, other ArmarX projects are effected as well - is there a way to update them all at once?
