Add `add...` methods to response

The Response should be able and responsible to manage the correctness and integrity of the internal structure. Therefore, it should not be possible to add structurecomponents unchecked. → some kind of add... methods are needed. These should be implemented so that the caller only needs to know the respective ids add structurecomponents
