Accumulated network data not in response on startup

In the first ~5-10s there are either no accumulated network data metrics in the response (the network getters return None) or they are set to zero. It seems, every ~5th response contains a zero. The request has been confirmed to contain the correct values on startup. The rest of the metrics behave as expected.
