Various enhancements in the PersonInstanceUpdater

This MR adds multiple, previously unfinished features to the PersonInstanceUpdater. The changes were tested rigorously with the PersonMemoryDebugger, and were also briefly tested on ARMAR-7. The person-memory seems to be coherent with these changes now.
