Draft: Feature/look at named location

the code itself does work. but the poses in the objectPoseStorage do not match the location names and it seems there are poses missing from the storage.

This is not OK. view_selection should remain independent of navigation. If needed, then this skill should be part of another package

is there another way to retrieve the coordinates of a named location that does not require the navigation utils?
