Fix robot state component
Issue
The robot cannot be controlled via position control (e.g. Platform Position Control in PlatformUnitGUI).
This PR mainly reverts several changes.

@markusgrotz FYI.
The platform can now again be controlled in position control mode. Warnings / exceptions about missing RPC interface functions are gone. Maybe this also caused some issues ...
