Manager Widget not working when using ArmarXGui´s "load last config" option

what steps were made:

1. open ArmarXGui
2. prepare config

• open scenarioManager widget
• start e.g. the ARMAR-7 simulation scenarios
• open skillManager widget and press update to verify it´s working
• save the ArmarXGui configuration with File > Save Gui Config as
• enable File > Recently Opened Files > Load last config on startup (see screenshot)

3. close ArmarXGui and open it again, the previous widgets should appear now
4. start the scenario(s) as before and switch to the skillManager widget

• click update
• no skillProviders are listed
