Added a dependency for Segment Anything 2

Segment Anything 2 is now a part of the ARMAR-DE segmentation pipeline.

Previous usage did not allow for an automatic installation of this dependency via Axii, so I added an entry for it to resolve the problem of manual installation.

It is tested and works on the Lab-PCs for ARMAR-DE.
