armarx/python3-armarx, deps/mycroft-core: Use default version of python

Due to the fluxio merge of python3-armarx requiring python >= 3.7-specific features, the default python version used for mycroft needs to be updated. Also exchanged the explicit python3.10 dependency to the default_python_interpreter
