Fix some aspects of `axii ci workspace create`

• Fix axii ci workspace create failing when using a CI module that is top-level in the workspace
• Handle --ccache
• Fix the workspace config when not specifying a path (do not include armarx and code style, add ccache as requested)
• Allow specifying the workspace name
