Changelog entry: Visual Studio Code module and config files.

The modules install VS Code in the workspace and the user data will be available in .axii/config/vscode. Also, as part of the installation, a couple of extensions are being installed. In addition, some useful settings will be applied and snippets, e.g. for ArmarX are being copied.
