Draft: Add demo video clip to README

Rainer Kartmann requested to merge doc/video-in-readme into main

We could easily add a video file to the repo and reference that in the README, but this will significantly increase the repository's size.

It seems that it somewhat difficult to add an external meeting, but maybe I am overlooking something.
