Add environment variables to armarx-workspace.rc via armarx-workspace.json

Currently it is only possible to add additional global environment variables during the build step via armarx-workspace.json. It would also be quite useful add have the possibility to add some of these global variables (maybe even all) to the armarx-workspace.rc so that they are available in the console when sourcing the workspace.rc.
