Known issues related to source builds of PCL and VTK

All I can report, is that the FeatureExtractionWidget (?) cannot be loaded (memory / malloc related).

RobotComponents / Cartographer

Issues similar to navigation. Incompatibilities PCL / Eigen. Unfortunately, I don't have a stack trace.
