Unmodeled dependency of PriorKnowledgeData on VisionX

In PriorKnowledgeData, the component VisualizeObjects depends on VisionXPointCloudTools.

But in the module file for PriorKnowledgeData, this dependency is commented out, which can lead to a build error (this happened to me).

I could add this dependency myself, but as it is already commented out I wondered whether there is another reason/better solution for this. (maybe this component should not be in the PriorKnowledgeData repo?)
