matrix not correctly initialized

Describe the bug

Only the first input is intialized to 0, all other input fields are emtpy.

Priority

• Priority high (P0)
• Priority medium/high (P1)
• Priority medium (P2)
• Priority low (P3)
• Priority none (P4)
