Fix control settings

• Tweak standard values
• set uniform standard value to 1 or 10 and adjust scaling in logic (just an idea)
• check behaviour when user sets negative values / extreme values
• Fix mouse sensitivity when using the scroll wheel: min/max values,
• Roll sensitivity doesn't change when changed in settings
• check mouse sensitivity behaviour when zooming in and out
• after all changes have been made, check if new changes get applied, if old settings file still exists
