ReadMe is not up to date

The section Running still contains a description about how to translate slice files to Python. Also, the shell scripts need to be explained (these contain the commands available from the terminal).

In addition to that, there are some hints that Python3 might be preferred in some environments, - as we still need to update the requirements and bump versions here and there, this should be also mentioned in the ReadMe when done.
